SI Royals Announce NEW Strength & Conditioning Coach
We are extremely excited to add Justin Manz, owner of EMPIRE Athletics & Wellness to our staff as our Strength & Conditioning coach for this season! Justin brings high value specializing in working with elite calibre athletes and a diverse sports background. He is passionate about what he does and believes that health and fitness need to be fun and engaging. One of his major focuses for training is injury prevention. We are excited to see the growth of our athletes with Justin’s guidance.
