Please review the Eligibility Requirements prior to starting the application process.

It is recommended that you submit your application package as soon as possible as demand for the program is high with limited spots available.

There are three parts to the application package:

• Part 1 – must be completed by the applicant and gathers relevant information about the applicant, their parents/guardians, and coach and teacher references. It also includes a personal statement describing reasons for applying, a parent/guardian statement, and a copy of the applicant’s most recent report card.
• Part 2 – is an evaluation of the applicant’s athletic performance and character and must be completed by a current coach.
• Part 3 – is an evaluation of the applicant’s academic performance and character and must be completed by a current teacher or administrator.

Applications must be completed and received by the Spectrum Hockey Skills Academy Program Coordinator. Applications that are not fully completed will not be considered for entrance to the program. Please email documents directly to Mike Adams (mjadams@sd61.bc.ca).
